hey, i've downloaded peugeot 106 rally s2 and when i try to open with winrar it says empty file or corrupted. :S

Use an updated file extractor like 7zip

If you're using content manager just download the mods using the CM browser, or drag the mod file into CM. Then click on the top right on the three little bars (should be green at this point) and press install mods. Once installed you can "remove completed" to delete the compressed file. If you're not using CM, well... suggest you look into it
