Srs already offers races from a minimum rating. It would be possible to add this to the average accident.
Ex: gt3 on SPA minimum score to participate: 300, average of <2.5


This would encourage people to worry not only about the rating but also about their average accident by trying to be cleaner.

I say that because there are a lot of very good drivers here, much better than me but then really aggressive because only seeks the final result without worrying about others.

Where did you saw that? there are no such values.
The average incident limits how far can you climb on the rating table, and +800 is already for drivers who usually end up on the top 5 - 8 with few incidents.
