please do this:

go to your AC root steam/steamapps/common/assetto corsa/content/cars/

go to the Ginetta car folder, enter the skins folder, enter one skin folder.

Now copy the full path and paste it here

I have the same problem i am missing nothing, but still i do not see register? Also i unzipped that ginetta folder to the desktop because it makes an extra folder ginetta. Open that ginetta folder and see.
