Update
The problem was solved with the help of the track developer.
The main solution was the update of custom shaders patch; even though I had content manager set to update the CSP to the latest recommended version it seems it was still locked in an older version.
It also seems that some part of BLMcar might not work well with the updated track. Although BLMlights seems to cause most incompabilities with newer animations in recently updated tracks.
