Point system based on rating of other drivers in race

Well, I agree with all you say except 1 thing:

"I would argue that organised racing in a fairplay envirnment is the main feature I found in SRS. Away from the public server madness where you make it round t1 once every 10 races."

The main feature of SRS is indeed the championship, the fairplay environment is just a consequence, there is fairplay environment pretty much in every sim racing community. What makes SRS unique is the publicly available Championship which doesn't require strict scheduled private league. Anyway, it is what it is, it's free and it still cool, so thanks we have it.

Yeah, I disagree with that entirely, Ivaylo. The championships give you what... a +1 on a webpage buried in your driver stats that probably only you will ever see? The good racing environment everyone benefits from, every second that they are racing on an SRS server. Trying for Championships is like... a minor footnote in what this website does for simracing.... especially when you take into account the fact that the championship winners are not always the "best and the fastest racers" (see Chris's anecdotal evidence above).
