There used to be, I would like them to come back and I dont even like oval racing. It's probably a lack of a modern solid sim for either that isn't iracing.

OffRoad could be possible with using AMS for stadium supertrucks or WCORR V3.0 (which i could get a solid download link as i know the owners) on rfactor.
