I copied and pasted the standings into Excel and run a simple statistic function.

There are 14,285  drivers currently who have at least 100 rating points. The chart shows the distribution by 25-point categories (click on the image to see full scale). 

The average inc avg for these drivers is 2.901.

Interesting, though is your Y axis labelled correctly as it is showing the 100 point group as less than 1,400? or is the X axis labelled as 100-125?

the Y labels should be read e.g. 100-124; 125-149...
