Please forgive me if I'm not doing something obvious, I've installed the Project Cars 2 APP, I have changed my Steam display name to match SRS, I have put my ID 64 Number in.

Now when I launch the app, It starts up, I "Press to Enter", Then all I get is the dark background with the "Your steam display name must match your SRS username otherwise you won't be able to join the servers"

So am I being a bit of a plum and missing something or a step.

I don't know if it's the same for PC2 but in Assetto you can change your name in game as well as your steam name. Maybe check to see if there is a display name in PC2's settings?

If it doesn't get approved then try emailing the SRS team, my account went a week or so without being approved and once I emailed it got resolved very quickly as they can give you the exact reason.
