My friend tried registering for an account  on  last week
He activated his email but still can't login.
"Primary User Group" still says "Awaiting Activation". When he clicks on "Resend Activation Email", he gets a message saying "You cannot resend your account activation email as all registrations must be approved by an Administrator".

 Is there something that he missed out that's holding back the admin approval?

He needs to e-mail simracingsystem@gmail.com with any real document (like a passport or driver's ID) with his name on, to proof that the name he registered is real.

Of course, he also needs to hide any numbers or credentials on the ID and just show his name on the document to proof his identity. It helps to prevent fake names/accounts.
