Any reason to record this with a funky over the shoulder view instead of cockpit?

Yes, it's a "TV" cam, like they use in real cars too...I created that channel to share some onboards and I like that view :p

So the reason is you like that view... fair enough, I guess. My criticism is that I'd rather see what I would see if I was driving it; gives better indications of brake points and how wheels hit curbs while maintaining control, etc.. I'm pretty much not going to watch any video with your view since there are at least two or three that are just better for the purpose of learning a car/track combo.

The purpose of that video wasn't teach, but i think is totally possible use it even with side camera angle.

Your video is posted in the "Tutorials" section... so if it wasn't meant to teach, maybe it should have gone into the Multimedia section?
