Just chiming in to say, that's no good to do it. Plenty did at Laguna Seca tonight (Laf):

- It does trigger yellow flags constantly, which is annoying, so it's also like not having real yellows for 20min
- It also generates smoke/dirt/particules for whatever reason (probably the wheels are still spinning slowly) so it might hurt people framerate, add lag, and all that jazz (it did tonight for most) because LS is a lot of sands.

In other words, not a good idea to park on the track (i don't get why you would do it but apparently it's a thing)
