Put this Mclaren Honda skin together a couple of days ago. Done with photoshop so most of the sponsors are skewed but overal still happy with the result.

Also made it for the RSS F3 car, but missed the race unfortunately. But I'm sure it will return. This one is also made in Photoshop.  Smile

Not bad,
Second picture not working.

My current fleet. Interesting challenge to get the same livery design onto different shaped cars.

I think i'm finally getting hang of gimp. I can make quite entertaining liveries if i keepthem relatively simple.[Image: DgXCcCL.jpg][Image: ZWEXZEP.jpg]

im also looking forward to whipping out this bad boy, but it has some trouble in production. For some reason it constantly saves as 32Mb file and i dont know what's causing it as it's none of the layers.[Image: a8kqu4a.jpg]

What's the body texture's resolution? I haven't skinned that particular car yet, but at 32mb, I'm guessing the skin's main body texture is way bigger than what you need (2048x2048). If it's bigger than that, save a copy off and make it closer to 2048x in size and see if that fixes you up.

default size for the primera is 3072x2048, my file size is 4mb.
Im not sure how it can get up to 32mb as a DDS. Save it without the alpha channel on body1_d.dds?

I haven't been putting enough skulls on my last few skins, so I thought I'd overcompensate on the tamest looking car this season: The Audi S1! Yes, I drew the skulls by hand... but only six of them. Then it was stencil + mirror + Mudbox.

Sorry no video... no one wants to see me spend 2 hours painting the same 6 skulls all over a car. Trust me. Big Grin
