I second this idea. With the system we have now, somebody could ruin other people's races for 6-8 weeks before they get a ban. Unless somebody decides to risk it and break a rule with posting incidents on forum. But maybe don't immediately suspend people who are "falsely" reporting others. Maybe give them a warning first. Something like "It's not wrecking, don't report cases like that in the future". I don't think that people deserve being suspended for making a bad judgement call. This way people won't miss a one off race because of that, but reporting everything as a big offense will still have consequences.

Regarding the people who are getting reported: screw them Give them permaban or maybe 1 year. If they still want to come back after that just to get banned again, let them.
