Hello,
Thank you for the interest you give to simracing and the respect of other racers and rules.
@Russell Sobie : " Just FYI, there's also the app "Car Radar" which does a few things much better than Helicorsa (I actually use both!). Give it a shot. "
Thank you for the information, i'll surely do.
@Will Dawson : " This topic has been beaten to death many times before. "
I didnt search enough it seems, sorry.
@Will Dawson : " SRS has no way of enforcing mandatory apps as far as we know. "
On the other hand, SRS can ban anyone after a valid protest form.
@Will Dawson : " ...as long as they're having fun and racing cleanly... "
That was the point of my suggestion.
If anyone had a spacial awareness that would mean less stupid accidents, especially on the first turn on the first lap.
@Will Dawson : " That comes with practice, experience... "
I totally agree with you, and seeing people on track, i think they practice hot laps but no real races, at least in middle of bots.
@Will Dawson : " ...general level of respect for the other people on track. "
Once again, that was the point of the thread. Respect of others by applying rules when needed.
I did plenty of events last days, and in almost each one a racer ruined my race.
I overtake and the other racer push me...and no apologies and no wait. That lead to think that was on purpose...
I know mistakes and technical incidents occur, but when it's the case, a respectfull racer apologies and waits for the "victim".
And, i far as i can remember, are the basic rules of SRS, don't they ?
Regards
