Think the issue is Monaco isn't an official track so there wasn't the need to have steering angle in the setup.

final turns are very bumpy, like romanian road from 2000 years ago, on real onboard it lookes nearly flat smooth

It is really smooth now in real life. They have just resurfaced quite a lot of the track. Trick is soft setup.

I have found an issue when practice pit stop! Pit boxes are in the wrong place lol. Will certainly make it interesting.

Well it's not "totally unusable"... Just mostly unusable

Seriously though after more practice I'm getting around the track just fine. Just need to practice the perfect angle to get that pitstop done.
