Better you record the replay from different cameras and if it is possible specially from cockpit view, it's the best way to see the names

I usually try to record the incident from thw cockpit of both cars involved and then at keast one exterior view, sometimes two. Driver names on all the time of course. Using the fixed TV cameras for the exterior doesn't always give a good view so I sometimes just use F7 cam to position the camera manually or even F5 cam to get a really good view sometimes. I also commentate over the video to explain what is going on.

Not only can you easily cycle through cars, but you can see the name of the driver you are tracking (which is something the external cameras do not do for some really dumb reason. And of course you can free fly the camera anywhere on the track you want.

When I file protests, I typically do it from 3d chase cam with CamTool2 information showing in the top left corner for who I'm tracking. Admins have not yet complained about this method.

I choose one or two viewpoints that show the incident most clearly, depending on whether I was hit from the side, or from the back, track configurations at the spot etc.  I have used TV cam 1 or 2 (pointed on my car or on the offender's car), chase cam on my car, chase cam on the offender's car and (as an alternate view) chase cam on the car that was following me and the offender.  Only used Ctrl+L for names. Never had a protest rejected due to insufficient evidence, actually all ruled in my favor.
