Well i have been playing a little now and i have bring some newbie friends here. They wanted to train with me but theres only 5 minutes of practice before race so people can have practice in mp sessions so its difficult to do combined training sessions.

Simpit hosts a practice server 24/7 for their Thursday/Friday races. Any other series I think you are on your own finding a place to practice with others. Besides, you won't want to practice during an SRS practice session because the grip will be at like 95% until towards the end of qualifying.

On raceroom I know that there are practice servers for all the series. Kudos to who ever is hosting them <3. They are also quite populated, specially the gt3 one.

I have a server here at home and about 40Mbit/s upload (270 Mbit/s download). At present I only have a couple small project running on this server, so enough room for a ac server. If I find some time to configure it, I would not mind to host a practice server if people are interested.
