Problems with SRS and R3E

Hi there,
I got a problem with SRS and R3E:
After R3E has booted, I don't get connected to a server automatically. I know I have to wait 1 or 2 seconds, but nothing happens. Even waiting for minutes or refreshing the 'race' page does not work.
I hope someone has an idea to solve that issue.
What I did so far: uninstall/install R3E, uninstall/install the SRS App - without succes Angry

Do you use triples or vr or any other launch parameter?

No, I don't use launch parameters.
I read the instruction a hundred times. Everything is fine. Only the last step after pressing the OK button in the steam popup doesn't work. No connecting to server.

Still doesn't work.
I had to ask the R3E helpdesk to change my username because I'm not allowed to change the username in R3E.
They changed it into BILKER_BAR.
So I copied it into my SRS profile. But no success. I still can't join.
It's really making me crazy. I'm close to giving up. Cry

Is 'BILKER_BAR' accepted as a username in SRS?

it should work.
Please try to do a steam integrity check.

Go to steam >library>games> right click RRE>properties>Local Files>Verify local files

I've done that a few times and now again. I'll let you know tomorrow if it was successful. But honestly, I do not believe it.

No success. It's really annoying.
What about starting again from the beginning? Is it possible for me to delete my account or can you do it for me so I could do a completely new account and try again to join.
