Hello, you can go back and register again or deactivate content detection.

Having the same problem, I don't have content detection selected and I tried for 10 minutes to register for ADAC2013 Suzuka, occasionally the ford gt would show up but that was the only car and I didn't want that.

Yes, sometimes, I had to hit back and register about 60 times, until the cars appeared...

A trick I was shown last night was to go to "Standings" select road then click "back" and then all the cars show up.
