You can do a whole lot of interesting stuff with SubStanding. I can't remember why I went back to using RealTime (out of box app from Kunos), but it was something. I certainly recommend giving it a shot, but Realtime does everything I want it to do.

I'm using realtime from kunos for order on track and ptracker for controling lap times and all gaps
