Check out my tutorial here under the section for Using Existing Templates and Preparing Your Own Template.

Most Kunos skins have dev provided templates here: ...\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\sdk\dev\skin_templates\

The one you want is here: ...\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\sdk\dev\skin_templates\template lotus exos 125

Warning: Sometimes Kunos is a bit lazy and doesn't name their .psd the same as the required .dds filename. There are ways to figure out what this is. The easiest is to check existing skin folders to see what the name of the skin file is (usuall skin.dds or EXT_skin.dds) but there are exceptions. For instance, the Lambo for this season is done in a really annoying way that lets them simply color a tiny square to change the overall color of the car, and everything else looks the same on every one.

Another is to use Content Manager and just click on the body and check to see what the "txDiffuse" file name is.
