the race in Netkar at newbury, how many laps is it, it says 8 minutes in the description.

Usually it's five laps but if it says 8 minutes race then the race still goes on as long as there is time left in the counter.

Nope.
8 minutes race are 8 laps in Vallelunga Club and 5 in the Nurburgring Sprint.
At the end of the day, you know how much the race is likely to last.

In AC, when entering the practice, it is relatively easy to see how many laps the race is and put fuel accordingly, in Netkar, maybe because I don't know where to look, I do not know how many laps is the race which make it challenging to fill the car with the proper quantity of fuel.
