There's something to be said for doing something for fun/passion that is freeing if there isn't anyone in your user/fan base that have explicitly given you funds. I'm sure not all, but at least some non-zero amount of patrons would feel like their voice should be heard in regards to changes to the service based on how much they contribute.

Until they put up a "Donate Here" button I'm going to just be as little of a nuisance to the SRS administration as I can. As payment.

I have mentioned this time and time again, but apparently there is some legal reasons they won't do it, or can't at this moment in time.

Couldn't we just tell the government that the money is for beer?  I'm sure they still make Cristal or Sagres over there.
