I'm new to using SRS, and recently watched a couple of races from the SRS youtube channel, including a race I entered. I noticed that in every race the camera car (SRS TV) doesn't follow one or two cars. For example the stream of the BMW m235i race @ Riverside Long from today never followed my car (R. Thomson) or F. Vitale.
I'm guessing there is a reason for this, I'm just wondering what it is. Does SRS TV not follow cars where the client has a ping above a certain number to keep the "quality" of the broadcast high (i.e. to reduce the amount of rubber-banding cars in the video)? Do drivers only get followed if they are above a certain rating?
EDIT:
Just watched another livestream, this time the Lotus GX @ Paul Ricard. Again, two drivers were not followed the entirety of the event (practice, qualifying, or the race); K. Piekara and L. Navicka
