I noticed that my road rating is about 506 by the time writing this. Earlier it was about 520. I was wondering what could have happened that makes it lower? I wasn't aware it could get lower, I thought it was just a score of some sort..

I guess rating shows how good you *usually* do. If you do worse than usual, it can go lower. Incidents have a great impact in rating. You can be tenth and get 80 points. If you get 10 incidents, you'll be as good as almost being last. Get steady clean tenths and you will be heading towards 800.

Good advice Javier... that's why it's important to pass cleanly, otherwise you gain nothing by passing to get 3 points, only to have those 3 points deducted for contact.
