Setup Help for Ferrari 312/67?
#1
It seems like hardly anyone is racing this death machine that likes to upload setups for us newbie setup engineers to steal barrow from. I've been trying to get around Spa in this thing without poking around many of the corners and the best lap time I've achieved thus far is only 2:31.6. I've attempted to try various existing setups using thesetupmarket in game app, but none of them seem to be helping me cure the massive oversteer it has on straights and in fast corners.
Anyone had any luck putting together a more stable setup for this beast they are willing to share?

If you are facing oversteer, I will recommend the following changes:

- Set front springs to max (stiff)
- Set back springs to min (soft)
- Remove rear rollbar (0)
- Increment one click both bump/rebound front dampers
- Lower the car height on both sides, is too tall by default.

You may end with a car that could feel numb at turns, kind understeer, but with better stable acceleration. If you are not comfortable with it, you can slowly reverse some of the settings described. Still keep the car height low.

Hope it will help.

Thanks for the help, Fernando! I don't know who "Tibal*" is in our races... is that you? but he's been uploading his setups to TheSimMarket via the in game App, and those setups have been very helpful for the last couple of races. I'm starting to learn what tweeks help with what issues I have on certain points of Riverside now, but I'm still very green when it comes to this stuff.
