Custom skins are a great feature but one of the reasons why I don't use the app is because I know that if I upload a skin, the 80% of the people won't see it (the other reason is laziness)
If fact it could be packed inside the Required App so people wouldn't even have to make the effort of installing another app. What do you think?
By the way, have you ever thought in making third party apps also mandatory? (as blue flag apps for example)

So from my point of view a lot of ppl have the app and creating skins, but only half of them meet the requirements .. to big .. missing stuff.. and that is , it think often rly anyoing Server Probs or laags .. So IF the App would be mandatory which i would like, SRS need to implement some sort of Checking progress for the skin upload !? maybe it only looks like that for me .. but i hear skin unavailable often ;-(
