Today I had my computer crash me out of two SRS events.
Both times I rebooted and rejoined the race (starting then from the pitlane).
The second event I was in 4th place with only 15 min of the 1h race remaining.
It would hve been a good race finish and precious points.

After having rejoined the server I was classified last place and had no way of unlapping my self for a better finish.

What is the best behavior in such a situation regarding the rating system?
Should I stay off the server and will I retain the points or will it be a DNF without any points?

Hi Dirk , also nach nem Disconnect oder PC Crash kannste dich quasi unmöglich wieder zurück runden..

Hatte das jetzt auch schon etliche male und wie ich mich verhalte hängt von der situation ab.
ich kann dir jedenfalls sagen das wenn du z.b bei einem Cup (1h Rennen) nach 20 min DC hast und dann in der box bleibst bis es zuende ist 
bekommst du vom punkte system minus punkte. ca -10-15 für das Rennen je nach dem auch Fahrerwertung
Also is nach dem Crash oder DC einfach weiter fahren sicher vom Rating her die beste wahl..
Allerdings hab ich für mich entschieden das ich bei wichtigen oder unwichtigen rennen wo man eh auser konkurenz fährt oft die klügere wahl ist die minus punkte in kauf zu nehmen um A ggf mehr schaden zu vermeiden und B die leute bei denen es um was geht nicht zu behindern.

Hey Dennis, dankeschön fuer die Antwort!
Ich denke ich habe die Fehlerursache fuer die laufenden Abstürze behoben.
Es ist jedoch gut zu wissen was die beste Vorgehensweise in solchem Fall ist.

Bis jetzt ist es nicht wieder vorgekommen.

Wir sehen uns sicherlich bald auf der Strecke ;-)
