Two questions:
1. Do incidents still count for calculating rating, and does incident average update after every race ?
2. Is it permanent change or just a test change ?

1 - The change only concerns championship points. Rating & inc average remains as it was.
2 - Too soon to have a definitive answer.

I thought that at first but after a few races realized I STILL don't want to hit other drivers because your incident average and world-wide-internet-points are affected.
But during the race, at least you won't lose places for merely bumping off walls (or each other's doors ).

For some, profile statistics are not an argument. =( 
Still want auto penalty system back.  but I understand that the next decision in next season.

"Edit" - ps- thought here. It's hard to explain again with my english.
Maybe if we constantly saw in the lobby after registration the contact statistics of the pilot. It would work. Everyone would like to keep a good stat.
