What's the SRS TV car that appears at the back of the grid for the first bit of the race?

It records the session, so that it can be broadcast live on the youtube SRS channel.
Speaking of the youtube replay, is it possible to get different camera views throughout the race? It would be nice to change between various 3rd person views and cockpit view, to give the broadcast a bit more variety. Just a thought.
