Hello,
im new here, so i have a question.
when i try to join a race, for example gt3 asia at kyalami, i download the track and i have the gt3 cars that come with the game like BMW z4 GT3, but i cant register..
do i need to have the other gt3 cars?

There is a list with the cars and track and it tells you which ones are missing.

All GT3 cars come from Kunos base game and DLCs

yeah, i understand, but i only have the z4 gt3 so my question is, can i race with the z4 gt3, or do i need the other cars to be able to register?

In AC you cannot join a server that runs content that you do not have installed (cars and/or track).
