No more overtime in qualifications?

Yesterday (Lotus 98T) and today (DTM) I noticed the qualification session ends seconds after the countdown.
Before, we used to be able to finish our last lap if it started before the countdown.
Is this the new rule or is this a server misconfiguration?

I saw that on Brno (DTM) and also in current GT4 at Algarve. Must be something with tracks, or?
