all SRS servers down
#11
The US server hosting the M235i Asia race at Mugello experienced no issues, so assuming this is restricted to the European servers.

Same happening today on the MX5 and Evora servers. Pings were not stable and cars flying. The Evora race took about 10 minutes to advance from practice to qually.
I joined other public servers afterwards to check my connection and didn't have any issues.

Problem started happening again at the last Dallara race as well. Quite annoying to lose position from a warping-related crash, so I hope this is fixed asap.

Had loads of issues this week with not being able to connect to the MX5 servers. Completely lost connection in one race, and on and off on the 7pm race I just did. Don't think its at my end. Anyone else have similar problems?

Just had the same problem on the 1900 MX5 race at VIR North.

Quite a few of us had issues joining, but got in after a few tries.

Then during race there were flying cars many times, and just after I crossed the line, the server disconnected. Not sure if the result is recorded, hope so as I managed a 2nd Smile

I was lucky as I got away clean and was chasing 1st and 2nd, so no traffic when it lagged, but I believe a lot of people further back in traffic had lag related crashes, not nice really. Then at one point 2nd place disappeared, not sure what happened to him. There is definitely some sort of issue going on affecting that server, in one way or another. I assume it is the European one as I am in UK.

Results are there for the MX5 race,
but it's not accurate at all in my case. I know i worked my way back up to 8th spot after getting taken out in T1 L1 , i watched the replay. It shows every time the server lagged, although i never dropped out completely, it always came back. ...I was right before the finish line when i seen flying cars so i really finished 8th and i'm not the only one it cheated out of positions. I see 6 drivers that dropped out on last lap according to the position chart, and in my case, i was right on the finish line for checkered flag but it didn't count it.    http://www.simracingsystem.com/raceresul...br0Q%3D%3D

Everybody got disconnected in the final lap of Laguna Seca, i crossed the line with 1min lead or so, but i don't know if it registered. On the stream everyone goes gray/DNF, like in my last corner.

I think we just continue to inform the SRS administration here on the forums about the occurrences and make sure to keep it nice. This is all free for our enjoyment, after all. Smile
