1. Does SRS use a fixed weather system or is weather different for each race ? If there is variance how large is it (ie: temp range) ?
2. What about track conditions ? Are they set to optimum ? Does this also vary ?
The reason I ask is that I’m trying to find the most suitable weather to practice in... something which will come close to replicating the conditions SRS sets for the races.

This has recently been discussed in a few other topics. The gist of it is that the actual temperature is fixed at 21C degrees, which I believe puts the track at 26C. The track will start at 95% traction for practice, and then go from 96% to 100% over 10 minutes of qualifying, then the race will be at 100%. So for practicing, I recommend just picking 100% (optimum) and sucking it up during the practice and start of qualifying for any particular race.
I have argued that it shouldn't be variable at all given that we still have so many inexperienced drivers here on SRS. Less variables = easier to practice = less dumb turn in incidents during qualifying or turn 1 of the race.

The other option, that I do, is to practice at 90-95% traction and marvel at the extra grip during the race.

Why should it be random?
