Hello.
Right now, I am not able to download any cars from ASR Formula.
The HP is lagging and the downloads lag, too. After a while, all download attemps cancel.
E.g. the Ferrari F310 1996 v1.32:

The "Downloads required"-link at the F310 championship leads to an old thread.
