It was even 260% if I remember well, and yes it was with the Porsche GT3 Cup 2017. Personally I wasn't a big fan of this because it changed too quickly the balance of the car.
If it was my decision I would go for Marek recommandation of a predefined maximum amount of fuel to force a refuel of a reasonable quantity during pit stop.
