In my opinion, the proTyres app makes dialing in correct pressures much easier than the default app (pressure is more important than temp when it comes to grip, says the Internet).

You'll also want to keep the latest update pak installed since some mod cars don't work perfectly with the app out of the box.

Nothing fancy... just do a number of consistent laps then adjust pressures so that the bars are in between the two black lines for each tire.
