You can find races at the top of the page, go to the competition tab and click 'Race'. There are races every hour, currently for AC and R3E. Once you have the app installed for the game you're using then you can use that to register for the race. You can only be registered for one race at a time and you have to register at least 5 minutes before the event starts.
