Hi, here is my suggestion:
Why not making the Skin Tansfer App mandatory for everyone?
Custom skins are a great feature but one of the reasons why I don't use the app is because I know that if I upload a skin, the 80% of the people won't see it (the other reason is laziness)
If fact it could be packed inside the Required App so people wouldn't even have to make the effort of installing another app. What do you think?
By the way, have you ever thought in making third party apps also mandatory? (as blue flag apps for example)
