The tc one is factory , so in cars that have it you can use it
Regarding that you can lower tyre pressure one / 2 clicks baring in mind loosing some speed 1 / to 3 km/h , and in the corners try to be a bit more aggressive in the tyres , and experiment offline adding 1 or 2 clicks of negative camber
