FFB Clip Issues or possibly SRS Skin APP - CRASH! - Traian Olinescu - 11-07-2020
Yesterday i installed FFB clip and created a LUT Generator for Assetto Corsa. I must say it gave me an amazing immersive feeling.
All was good and well until i wanted to join my 5PM SRS Race. Every time i joined, 10 seconds into the server time AC crashed.
I panicked. I tried disabling FFB Clip from APPS, still crashed after 10 seconds.
I restarted my PC, still crashed
Lastly, it worked, but i had no more force feedback.

Now the question, does anyone know if FFB Clip is incompatible with SRS. Can someone check the server logs for todays 5PM Race on GT3 Server 1 (5PM Austrian Time)
I would really appreciate to find out what happened?
PS: While i am at it, RSR is also tricky with SRS. Penalties constantly get disabled whenever i join a AC server.

Just realised that the SRS Skin app is the one that is causing issues. Disabling it made it work!

As I answered on the thread you deleted, SRS servers are regular servers, nothing special about them.
If the skin app crashes, then something is wrong, could be your system blocking it.
Whitelisting the app might solve the problem.
