So I haven't played in a while and got this.

Can't join any race, everything else beside srs works.
CM is up to date.

Delete the launcherdata folder at mydocs/assetto corsa and restart AC

Case closed, I didn't do ANYTHING, but it works today anyway.
Can't help any future google finders of this thread.
