Can I ask what is a go way to get a saved race on Assetto Corsa on to the internet as a video?

If you have an NVidia 600 series or better GPU you can use the screen recording feature built-in to Geforce Experience. That link shows the old version of Geforce Experience, but the new one is similar and the start/stop recording feature is still activated with Alt+F9.
I believe the newer AMD cards have a recording feature as well, but I couldn't tell you how to do that as I'm not that sort of person.
From there, view your replay, fast-forward to a bit before the relevant spot and pause, start the recording and hit play. SRS wants to see the incident from both a TV cam and a cockpit cam with driver names visible (though they're not always visible from the TV cam because the distance is too far).
Having done that, upload your video to youtube, it's free.
And then Robert is your mother's brother or something.
