In today's race AI was activated, we were 4 humans and the rest of the grid was AI. AI was 30 seconds faster per lap.
The Spa circuit was snowy, I don't know if it's a server bug or the real weather is activated.

AI is activated if the race is not official (less than 6 drivers)
It wasn't supposed to be real weather.

I think that if the actual date is set, if it is winter, it is most likely that the circuit is snowy, surely that's why it was sunny but with the snowy circuit.
Regarding AI, it does not contribute anything, or is faster or slower depending on the circuit and usually hits you, in my opinion it should not be activated.
Thanks for trying a championship with Project Cars 2, I know it's not an easy game to do championships
