Ginetta Supercup - Matt Tiplady - 08-28-2019 Dunno if it's just me, but I just don't seem to be able to extract any speed out of these things. When I do try I go around and have a stupid crash. Doesn't make for a fun race at all. Did anyone find a setup that works for these things? Ta Matt RE: Ginetta Supercup - John Terry - 08-28-2019 add a bit of positive toe in both front and rear, makes this thing more stable on braking and accelerating. i usually go for +1 on all if thats still to unstable for u, add more. also play with the camber to get more grip under braking/accel. adjust the ride height depending on over/understeer. Cheers for this finally got around to trying a race with these setup tips. Can finally push with the car. RE: Ginetta Supercup - Michael Martin - 09-08-2019 Sounds counter intuitive but at spa I raised the ride height. Helps through eau rouge and can take it flat from about lap 3 onwards. |
