Account not being activated - Thomas Chevalier - 08-14-2019
A friend of mine signed-up for SRS a couple days ago. He received the activation code etc but his account after a couple days has still not been activated by admins. My account was activated within a day but he's been waiting for almost a week now. I dont know if something was wrong with his account but be appreciated if i could hear from admin what was wrong,thank you.
the account in question is Zonta Pallanza

Whenever he attempts to access the pages he gets a message with an email address to write to.
