The setup is classed as open, but the gears are fixed?
How is this classed as an open setup?
People spend their own time trying to perfect a setup depending on track, but when you join the server, all changes.
This is either fixed or open, no half way house?

I double checked in this morning's Praga race and it was certainly fixed then (this was 7 hours ago).

In the first race I don't can put the TC... I don't know if was a server error or I'm just press the wrong button.

TC is enabled by default. You can switch it off and on in the setup menu.
