GT2 pitstop strategy - Tadej Župevc - 07-05-2019 Hello I'm planning on racing in AC GT2 championship, and i'm wondering what kind of pitstop strategy should i use. Is it possible to drive a whole race with only 1 pitstop, or should I consider stopping twice? Pit lane in Paul Ricard is really long and it takes about 40 second just to drive though pits without even stopping, so I think it would be better to keep pit stops at minimum. RE: GT2 pitstop strategy - Fr.dr.k S.d.rst.dt - 07-05-2019 Unless something goes wrong or you have some kind of massive lead for some reason a two stop is not the way to go. As far as I know everyone does 1 stop. RE: GT2 pitstop strategy - Peter Robinson - 07-05-2019 One stop is definitely the way to go. Fuel is based on your own driving and youll need to calculate it yourself I run mediums for both stints, pitting roughly at the 30 minute mark |
