Is possible to know the road, and air temp before join a race? Just to make a set-up in off-line mode

Air 22 C (which leads to 28 C on asphalt), no wind, time: 10:00 13:00. This is all races.

Edit: Time fixed for actual look of the track. Session information reads 10:00, but it is pretty clearly supposed to be 13:00.

Yeah, the time is confusing to me... since I was pretty sure it was 13:00 (certainly looks like 13:00 on track), but if you look at the interface while on the server itself, it very clearly says 10:00 (see image below). I don't know if this is some strange daylight savings time that the server has on it or what... so yeah, I think 13:00 is the more accurate setting to put on your practice sessions to match actual server look and feel. I updated my post above with an edit.
