Yes. And it's getting better every day.
Pro tip: if you do not want to hear the spotter calls (left-right-middle), bind a key to enable/disable such calls. It's at bottom center (I've got mine on a key, but you can bind it to a button on the wheel)

Installed it today and I absolutely love it! Did 1h race on Donington and afterwards I wanted to say good bye to Jim
It helps you alot in making you extra aware of other cars (besides heli corsa) and it also makes the game sooo much more immersive! An extra plus is that you can setup the program just as you please.

An option to enable swearing, to activate it go to properties and search swearing (use the searchbox in the top right corner).

Just installed this cause of the thread thank you. Haven't tested it yet, but I got the voice thing to work. So this is gonna be amazing in VR. Thank you guys so much for the heads up.
